Submit A Pisces Confession
I didn’t feel like enabling my submit page until now— but I feel like maybe this will make it easier. Now all Pisces Confessions will be done via /submit.
Have You Seen My Page?
I apologize if I sound rude, but it’s a little annoying getting repetitive questions from anons who could answer their own questions by simply looking at the homepage.
I encourage everyone to use the links on my page before submitting questions.
I have a section called Astrology 101 for questions like “What is a Sun Sign?” “What is an Ascendant?” “What is a Moon Sign?"
I have another section, which is really quite fancy, called All Pisces Links. Where you can literally find every grouping/theme of posts I’ve done on the blog thus far.
Please, please, use the links. It’d be really cool if you did.
c: look here?
Well, Pisces are said to get along just fine with every sign— we tend to adapt well, and identify with most. As the last sign, our souls have journeyed through each zodiac.
However, I will say that Pisces ought to avoid people who don’t take their emotional needs into consideration. Many Pisces are hypersensitive to their environment, and this includes the people in said environment. Since it is many Pisces’ first instinct to give and put other people’s needs and interests first, if they are surrounded by people who never consider the Pisces, our energy will often be completely depleted. Now, if you can manage to stop volunteering yourself for this kind of relationship— great. There’s no need to avoid anyone. However, there are a few signs that sometimes forget about the emotional needs of others— such as Sagittarius, Gemini, and Aquarius. They always mean well, I think, but they’re very practical signs who tend to favor Logic to Feeling.
Depends. I would imagine on how strongly your Scorpio ascendant shows itself. In my opinion, I don’t think Scorpios and Sagittarius would get along too well… They’re both very opinionated, blunt people. I imagine if a Sag and Scorpio butted heads, it could get very ugly. However, if you don’t particularly think your ascendant is very strong? I think it could be for a fun friendship.
Perhaps their idealism and optimism about life can inspire a Pisces, who can often be quite depressed about reality. Now, if you follow me, anon, you might know that I personally happen to not get along well with a lot of Sagittarius. And I sort of dislike it when people are too optimistic— because they come across as naive, to me. So, even though a Pisces might find Sagittarius’ personality refreshing… I do say that it might have the complete opposite affect.
As lovers, however, I’m inclined to advise against this.
Sagittarius tend to not be “emotionally aware.” They tend to not recognize what others need emotionally from them, and the Pisces will get totally lost and they tend to feel used by Sagittarius. Sags in relationships are very happy-go-lucky, whereas Pisces tend to want something more serious and intimate.
Will it change a few things? Yes, it will change a few things. But I’ll say that many Pisces value a time to have their own space, to reflect within themselves (especially Pisces in the second decan). Many Aquarius dislike talking about emotions and opening themselves up in that aspect, which is practically a necessity to most Pisces regardless of how clingy they are. I think it often comes down to a matter of emotional fulfillment for Pisces— that is, if the Pisces is truly more independent that the stereotype.
By simply going off the Sun and Ascendant signs, I am a little worried with this pair. I’m inclined to think the two of you would not see eye-to-eye on a lot of things, and would perhaps be more-or-less unchanging in your ways— the Aquarius/Capricorn individual more so than you. Likewise, the combination of Leo Ascendant and Capricorn Ascendant is a huge clash. The combination of Pisces-Leo seems like it’d be the type of individual who requires positive affirmation, or would seek approval outside themselves… and they would not find it in the Aquarius-Capricorn.
Friends, definitely.
Lovers, I’d be hesitant and would want to look at individual charts. (ie: If the Aquarius has a venus in pisces, it might be a great match) As a rule of thumb, though? No. Pisces is too clingy and overbearing for an Aquarius, who values freedom and personal space. Also, Pisces won’t feel emotionally satisfied or valued by the Aquarius.
Oh, yes. Quite common, actually— or so I think. One of the traits on the “list of faults” you’d commonly see for Pisces is indeed laziness— and I think what you said there is why. We’re detached from worldly duties. As far as advice goes? Well, do you have any dreams you’d like to turn into reality? Something that motivates you for the present to get those dreams going for the future? You need to figure out what will get you to focus on the “here and now” which is often a bit of a struggle for Pisces. Only you, I think, will be able to know what will truly motivate you— but you need to focus on now.
Well, to be honest, I think it’s very easy to spot a Gemini. They’re the loud ones. /shotdead
But seriously: If you’re really curious, check your Venus Sign? I mean, it generally doesn’t move very far from Pisces (as a Sun Pisces), but perhaps you have a Venus in Aries. Regardless, Virgo Risings have an appreciation for logic and quirkiness— of which Geminis and Aquarius both have. c:
also, it’s always possible that your Seventh House is ruled by Gemini, or another air sign.
